There is supposed to be an announcement on th 10th about the New Era Project, but it might not be WSJ that announces it.

Hahaha that world be pretty badass, i think the manga will end with something like that, i think naruto will look at the kage's faces and say he will be back soon and then he will go Back to myobokusan to train one more time.

No, when they drop we see the final chapters of naruto, theres no reason for all this (shoenn giving us a count down, double chapter one of which is fully colored) if they were just giving us another part, they did no such thing for part 1's end

and the shocking ending is that naruto and sasuke lost an arm

I highly doubt about a Part-3 because the manga is really ending All the websites have declared it and Kishi himself announced it.
