Definitely Gaara's epic speech towards Kankuro at the end of the Sasuke retrieval arc, where Gaara told him that he wanted to walk a path towards becoming Kazekage and escape the loneliness.
For me it was when Danzo's life flashed before his eye's, and in his final moment's thought about what Hiruzen thought of him. It was the first time Danzo seemed vulnerable, and human, no calculations, no bullshit, just a man in his final moments recollecting his time with his rival. I thought that was beautiful in a way, no homo.
When Itachi said this: "People live their lives bound by what they accept as correct and true. That's how they define "reality". But what does it mean to be "correct" or "true"? Merely vague concepts… their "reality" may all be a mirage. Can we consider them to simply be living in their own world, shaped by their beliefs?"
That was very deep and made me thought abotu life in general.
Edit: definitely when naruto was fighting neji and he said "Cause people called me a failure, ill prove em wrong." And then neji activates the byukagan, epic music comes on, and then naruto powers up
