Pain as a main villain with full rinnegan techs would have been really good.

Pain. He had the right mix of douchebaggery, evilness, brains, and ruthlessness. Plus his arc was amazing, terrifying and full of emotions. The pain arc is the only arc where I actually cried when reading the manga. He was the perfect villian. Manga should've ended with him just like how Dragonball should've ended with freeza.

Madara before becoming Rikudou Madara. I couldn't believe how much ass a single character can kick when I saw him revived for the first time.

Orochimaru was so badass in Part 1 Naruto. I used to be CREEPED out by him. He's also not underwhelming like some people...

Pain is also a good mysterious villain but I hate how Nagato suffered to Talk No Jutsu.

Madara is just god.
