Rock Lee Because he is a goof and awesome.
Kimimaro because of his past and his awesome abillities.
Kakashi is my favorite though. He has the tragic hero story going for him. Having been friends with Orochimaru as a kid, having been on the same team with him and having been given the sharingan. I love his story.
