My favorite battles would have to be Pein versus Naruto. It just was amazingly done, and had such emotional behind

It was a brilliant battle.. Kudos to the animator

My top two are Lee vs Kimimaro (drunk Lee is beast and was even too much for Gai to handle)
or Zabuza and Haku vs Team 7.

Pfft the best fight to ever happen in naruto anime was lee vs garra. Everything in terms of build up, soundtrack and sfx were pure win
Neji vs spiderman takes second.
Everything else can sling their hook.

This is my favorite fight as well.

And even though it was a sad fight I liked Asuma + Shikamaru + Izumo + Kotetsu vs Hidan and Kakuzu as well.
