i stopped drinking soda 2 years ago

i switched to Arizona ice tea for 2 years , as a step before only water

and now i will drink only water, for the rest of my life

carbonated drinks are very bad for you, more bad then people realize

I used to drink like 1 L of it every day... Cos its sugar and also I used to like Sinalco, but i like Coca-Cola more... The reason why I stopped drinking it is I started getting the feeling that I have to go and piss or I will have an accident, and when I would go to piss, Only like 5 ml would come out, and I would feel empty. I tough I had diabetes, but it seems not.
