What's your custom squad?

After reading the custom 6 paths of pain thread, which I liked, I decided to make this one.
What would be your custom 4 man squad (not needed to be 3 gennin or chunnin with 1 jounin, just characters you think would work well together)

To avoid obvious OP, I'm making a ban list.
None of the following may make part of your custom team:
-So6P
-Madara
-Hashirama
-Tobi
-Itachi
-Naruto
-Sasuke
-Nagato
-Minato

Also, members of the same team in the manga cannot be put together in your custom team (ex: you can't put Choji and Shikamaru in the same team.. this goes to disbanded teams also). Kages cannot be put together. Same applies to Akatsuki members or ninja companions (ex: Haku and Zabuza).

More than just character names, and explanation as to why you think the people you chose would make a good team.
Mine would be:

Kushina Uzumaki: Even though we do not know much of her abilities, her fuinjutsu seems very powerful and unique. Not many fuinjutsu are know in the narutoverse, and I think its a rather interesting type of jutsu.

Chiyo: I've always liked puppet users and Chiyo is a character whose fighting skills as well as knowledge was impressive, even if she didn't last too long in the story.

Mifune: Insanely fast kenjutsu, enought said.

Shikamaru Nara: Every time should have a strategist, and well I've alway liked Shikamaru's character.

Overall:
Kushina offers a very unique sensoring ability as well as protective and restraining techniques, which, couple by Shikamaru's Shadow Mimic, would focus on control over enemies. Mifune's frontal assault would be reinforced by Chiyo's puppetry, which in my opinion i a pretty fearsome offensive.

I know it's not the invencible team, but well I think it makes for a pretty cool looking combo.

2. Maito Gai - Brute Force
3. Shisui Uchiha - KA, Genjutsu, Sharingan
4. Orochimaru - Unlimited jutsu, forbidden techs.

 

[Sharingdork]

Kabutomaru (for medical purposes and Edo Tensei), Shisui (for KA and genjutsu/sharingan), Mangetsu (for mastery over all seven swords, including Samehada, and Hozuki techs), and 2nd Mizukage (for clam genjutsu, Hozuki techs, and Joki Boi).

Tobirama, Sasori, Killer Bee, and Ao.

But: I feel as though that is cheating.

The strongest member of the Aburame Clan(Torune maybe Shikuro) - The bug guys

A good mix of close, medium and long.
Lots of intellengence.
A combination of Sprint and marathon fighters.
Aburame provide recon.
Shikaku is cell leader.

I'd had to say: Good-Guys

Shikaku Nara: As you said, it is always good to have a superb strategist on one's team. Plus, his shadow techniques are useful.
Tsunade (Sannin): Unquestionably the best healer, with a suberb summoning alongside great close-combat tactics. She also is intelligent and her experience over the years would aid greatly to the battlefield and to Shikaku's strategies.
Raikage: Brute force, can execute plans. Lighting speed.
Kakashi Hatake: Good long-range distance attacks. Magnekyou Sharingan plus a vast variety of Ninjutsu. Intelligent and extremely skilled.

I'd choose Shishiu Uchiha...but..no. I wound't choose Orochimaru because I would never picture him in any team, he's not a team player.

As for Bad Guys:

Kisame - Samehada is a sensor. Vast reserves of chakra and stamina. Good any range.
Orochimaru - Good summon, forbidden techniques alongside powerful jutsus. Good long-mid range.
Kabuto- Medic, strategist and his chakra-disabling techniques are useful.
Kimimaru - Good attacks, good defense.

Kisame
Killer Bee
Raikage
Shikaku

3) Shikamaru- strategist, & shadows techs/sneak attacks

4) Sasori- puppet techs, puppet army, poison, & long-range attacks

Shikamaru Nara: Strategist with the ability of Shadow Possession.
Neji Hyuga: Sensor-type Shinobi with the ability to detect any opponent and/or trap set by an opponent.
Maito Guy:Brute Strength, 8 Gates, Lighting Speed & Never-ending Determination.
Raikage:Brute Strength

Given any plan to be executed by Shikamaru Nara, Maito Guy and The Raikage serve well to do so given their unique and powerful abilities. As for Neji Hyuga, he serves as an excellent defense for this team due to his Byakugan which allows him to see and counter any surprise attacks or hidden opponents.

I've seen some people breaking the rules! It's no big deal though, I've seen some interesting teams already.

Seems like a Nara is in almost all the teams. Also, Shisui, Raikage are recurring ones, as well as Gai to my surprise.

Always nice if you can give an explanation.

you have some silly rules as you say you want to stop op'ness but you allow kages and other powerful ninja....also the rule about they can't have been on the same team (ex. shino/kiba)......

Just a a rule to maybe make things more interesting, the idea is to make a team of people that haven't worked together, but that you think would be a good team.

I guess its only natural that people pick Kages but if dunno if a lot of people would post if I banned characters above Jounin level. It could be interesting though.

KABUTO - Healer + control of almost all the dead Character in the series
(Edo team) Attacks from range...

Front Liners: (Jinchuuriki level front liners anyone?)
BEE + KISAME = Raiton + Suiton will be a good and deadly combination...

4.Gaara - Super strong long-range attacker...
