Anime : One Piece all the way, I'm sure everyone that watched it loved it.

Manga : Fairy Tail ,just because it has so much potential (very well written manga) for a great anime but it fails

Manga - Tie between Hunter X Hunter and Naruto

Anime - Loads like Fate/Zero, Code Geass: Rebillion of the Lelouch, One piece
