2 How did Kyuubi become friends with Naruto so fast, since he was referred as the "Monster, evil, cunning, devil, bad, villain fox." entire series.
3 And my favorite; Jiraiya was one of the strongest shinobi in Konoha, a sennin who is around 50 years old and his strongest technique was sage mode... So how the fck did Naruto learned sage mode in just a couple of months and defeated pain. I mean is that what it takes to defeat someone with rinnegan, who was the leader of the Akatsuki? "Oh I went and learned Sage mode in couple of months so now I can defeat someone who has the eyes of a god." is that so? I mean then why isn't anyone becoming sage? All those shinobi who train their ases off all day still not strong as Naruto, I mean wtf man.
1. Not really a plothole, just an unexplained phenomenon.
2. It's elaborated that the Bijuu aren't actually "bad guys", they are just what humanity made them. They resented being seen as nothing but tools for the village when they are in fact, sapient creatures with intelligence and feelings.
3. It was never elaborated about how long it took Jiraiya to learn Sage Mode, it's just stated that Naruto "learned it quicker". It could have taken a day less, a week less, an hour less, and it would still be true.
A. Also, Naruto knew that Pain was coming for him to basically take his life (albeit by extracting Kurama, not by killing him in battle). Knowing that your life is on the line by a guy with God eyes could push you prettttttty damn hard. Kind of like how bodybuilders have to train extra if they know a competition is just around the corner.
B. You also have to have a large amount of chakra to be a Sage. Not just anybody could do it, because the flow of natural energy would be too great for someone with average chakra levels or it won't even activate. Also, you need the toads to train you, but not everyone has a contract with the toads.
C. Naruto also used Shadow Clones to train for a brief period of time. He was able to use four if I remember correctly. We have no conclusive evidence that Jiraiya used any (or even knew Kage Bunshin at that time) Shadow Clones to train, so he'd progress slower.
