Okay, so i try to go onto the Custom Jutsus thread and this shows up:

However i am still able to view other threads in that sub-forum.

Edit: If i remember correctly, only Aizen was permanently banned from that thread.

You are banned from that thread for resubmitting a technique which was DNRed. That wouldn't be enough to be banned have you not resubmitted it without a quote to try and fool the checker into checking the DNR technique thinking it was a new one.

Your ban was for 3 weeks. If it happens again, it will be longer. If you need any more details, pm me. If its to complain, do not pm me.
