They are like thirsty people on a desert, they will take anything at this point. I mean some of them even romanticize all the bad things that sasuke has done to her, so it shouldn't be a surprise when sasuke actually acting nice, they will go crazy. Take a look at these arguments below, these are real arguments from sasusaku fans on tumblr

1. Sasuke try to kill sakura multiple times = aww... it's a tragic love. Sasuke is in the dark right now, sakura will be his light to show the right way, I know it!
2. Sasuke call her weak and useless = Sasuke just worried about her, he doesn't want her to get hurt because she is in the way
3. Sasuke say he save sakura and kakashi only because they are next to naruto = Aww, sasuke just being tsundere, we know he secretly care about her
4. Sasuke couldn't careless about sakura being stabbed by madara = sasuke trusts sakura's ability, he doesn't show concern because he know she is strong, unlike sexist naruto U_U

Among the major pairings (NS, NH, SS), Sasusaku is the least developed pairing. So of course its fans will take any moment as pairing moment, be it negative, positive, or neutral.
