Yes we know that he is tobi so why cant we leave at that, yet i see people writing that they want to stop reading or watching, well you dont have to announce it if you are bored or tired of it. Its just a cartoon but when i see what people write sometimes i find it hard to believe we are actually matured, lets just forget about the plotholes it all part of the amusement.
