What's with the fillers?

What the hell, the manga ended, but the fillers are STILL on. What was with the flashbacks in today's episode? Why do they make about 5 one and the same episodes in this anime? They don't have to extend the anime anymore so they won't catch up with the manga, and still, we're even getting a filler next week. That's such a mess..
