whats with the eye

first time poster here. i've been lurking for a few years but never posted.

Do you think Kishi did a drawing mistake or sasuke has only awakened the Jubie's eye in his left eye with a normal sharingan in his right eye?

i was really dissapointed when i noticed it was only his left eye that got the boost and i seriously dont get it. it feels like only half a powerup.
