What's with Sasuke's EMS...?

So this page is the first reveal of Sasuke's EMS. As you notice one of Itachi's pinwheel designs is inverted. Being the first reveal i think we can agree that this one is the most cannon. This first one being wrong would be like Kishi accidentally making tobi, obito when he didn't mean to, which is a ridiculous thing to get wrong at the reveal.

BUT.

Here is the second time the eyes are seen up close. They look the same now. No inversion. This is the second time so ok, mmaaaaayyyybe he could have drawn it wrong. Sure.

Here is the third time! And the eyes are STILL inverted...

If you keep reading through the fight with kabuto, while there aren't any close ups of the eyes, there are many scenes that seem to depict the eyes being the same direction.

So my question is this; Which set of eyes are correct?

1. The first revealed set which should by all means be the correct version as it is the first reveal and should by all means be the most thought out.

2. Every other set of eyes shown, which by sheer numbers should be correct, as the amount of times it is shown this way are too great to be a mistake.

Thoughts?

Hmm I'm going with the second 2 times, maybe kishi wanted it how he first showed it but then decided to keep it like it is now

he probably realised that it would have been to mutch of a drag to remember the direction each of them should be in,so he made them the same,even though the first reveal was badass

The only other explanation i could think of was that kishi wanted the eyes to constantly be spinning which sometimes puts them the same way and sometimes displaces them..? Idk.

Nobody can make that many mistakes. There's literally no sign of the original design aside from the first release. And he's the biggest idiot in the world if he screwed up the first reveal. That's like revealing tobi as the wrong person.

maybe they are magic eyes that change from inverted and back again? or maybe kishi is lazy and doesnt care any more he just wants that money ...not from us we read for free but from the people that pay to read his work.

He probably changed his mind, either that or he made a mistake. Doesn't matter either way though.

Well, maybe right now he is using dark powers, then they aren't normal positioned, just inverted. Then if he was using light powers, they might be just regularly positioned like itachis. But if he had left eye inverted, and right eye regular style, then maybe it might be that they were that way the first time in order to balance his first time activating eternal mangekyo, like yinyang

I think that it was inverted in the first picture because Sasuke had his full Susano'o activated. Just like Itachi's Mangekyo spins, Sasuke's does too. When Sasuke uses different powers, the eye rotates. That is the only explanation I have, because I refuse to believe that Kishimoto would make these mistakes. He knows what he's doing.
Edit: The downward facing EMS is probably the original design, and since Sasuke uses both eyes for his Susano'o, the one inverts. The reason is say this is because he uses only basic Susano'o in the second two images.
