Whats with Kishi and killing off rare clans?

Uchiha: Remaining in Naruto from start: Sasuke, Itachi, Obito, Madara(edo tensei), Kakashi(eye), Danzo, Shisui(eye)

Hyuga: Remaining in Naruto: Neji, Hinata, Hiashi, Hizashi(edo tensei)

Kagura: Kimimaro

Senju: Hashirama, Tobirama, Tsunade, Etc. Others

the hyuga haven't been killed of only three hyuga have died in the series that we know of

So Hinata can be great and can no competition ( Die Hanabi)
So Tsunade/Sakura (Idk about the Senju) Basically wont have anyone to compete with Sakura or Naruto.
Kimimaru clan was never that important

hyuuga are still around... also you forgot the uzumaki clan.

But the clans are killed off because other villages/ people see them as big threats.

Kayuga clan got killed off because they were dumb, and blood thirsty,

hakus clan, and narutos clan were killed because they were feared, and to powerful, similar to why the uchiha clan was killed(as they feared they might take over the village by force)

Uchiha were taken out for planning to destroy the village(by doing the coop deat) they were also to emotionally unstable as well.

Senju. There is NOT A SINGLE SENTENCE devoted to what happened to them. If they were destroyed, im sure it wouldve been mentioned. So that leaves it very likely, that they just broke apart. They were known as the clan of 1000 techniques, so they probably split into their respective talents, and formed most of the current clans in konoha.
