So6p is first known to have rinnegan and first who fully controlled it.. which means.. he created/bring ninjutsu up.. which leads to.. he was such overpower "god like" figure cuz of most powerful eyes and strong chakra or what so ever.. and it does not mean if you have the rinnegan you always use six path techniques.. maybe sage used paths on himself like nagato as edo.. and all this rubble leads to.. so6p+rinnegan = god.

The rinnegan as explained by Pein, are the eye's of a god, thy do not give him godlike power, only the potential to master many more forms of the shinobi arts and the potential of becoming godlike in power.

Naruto could become godlike without any bloodline or using the kyuubi at all, using the shadow clone technique he could theoretically master all 5 of the basic elements, being an Uzumaki mean's he has some of the gene's of the senju in him so he has the potential for mokuton, we've seen Kakashi use hyoton jutsu so he could learn them aswell.

Then there's sage mode, and he could learn the harashian, and with the help of his clone's master chakra control to the degree needed for Tsunade's super strength.

This is all in theory of course because Kishimoto is an uchiha penis sucking loser, and won't let Naruto use common sense to use kage bunshin to train every day, instead of sitting around and whining all day...This will never come to pass.
