Whats up with you guys and Rinnegan??

You do know that the power to the SO6P doesnt lay in the rinnegan........... but the will power of the individual. Those are the 2 ways to naturally awaken it.If you don't have those 2 then you have to be blessed by a transplant like in Nagato's case.

i agree. no doubt the sage used the rinnegan to defeat and seal the juubi, and to confront the juubi inside himself, but to not be overcome by its hatred when taking its power, he had to be pure of heart like naruto and bee.

The younger son was never said to have beaten his bro period. He only inherited the title from the sage

The eye wielders seem to be more determined people example:
Madara died long after hashirama even tho he "lost"
Tobi still going through with his plans even with the minato & konan fiasco the death of the akatsuki & not having full control of sasuke
Itachi dead still protecting the people that caused him the most pain also despite being sick still put up a hell of a fight
Sasuke if u don't see it u just hate him

Naruto & lee exhibit it as well on the same level

Some of the people on here are either just blind, or stupid. I kinda agree with this dwigg guy saying that the sage all about his eyes. Shit, I'd take a senju body over eyes any day. People keep comparing Naruto to Nagato, Madara, Itachi, etc, and etc but you all are forgetting one important point. He is only 16 years old. 16?! and both him and Sasuke are some of the strongest in the anime.



No one other than the sage has been able to take what Naruto has (Will Power + Life Force) to even close to the level he has it at now. Who knows how strong he can get. I think the eyes can only improve so much but what Naruto has, it can go on and on and on which is why I think the sage chose his younger son over the eldest. If the sage had both the eyes and the body at the highest possible level and he chose his son? I think that explains which is better. And no it's not ridiculous, none of them has what naruto has, regardless of what they can do with their eyes.

AND that's what I'm especially getting sick and tired of hearing. The body has a limit and when that limit is reached that's it. There's no such thing as spiritual willpower, that kind of crap is made for Anime's so there's no wondering why it would be in Naruto.

You a made valid point with which i verily agree,which was the Hashirama one,but you forgot that hashirama was tailor made for defeating bijus,he was a monster yeah,but he had all the abilities to accomplish such feat,by genetically inherited traits.

As for Minato he was a very good shinobi,but unlike Hashirama didn't have any Kekkei Genkai to aid him in the biju defeating process so he died and only manged to seal the fox.

But i disagree on the Nagato part as everyone knows Nagato has a boot-leg version of the Rinnegan,or more precisely isn't a true heir of the Doryuku so he can't harness the full potency of it,but still he managed to good to some extent and for so we gotta give him credit where credit is due.But still in the Nagato vs Naruto&Itachi&Bee,the Rinnegan user was literally stomping the hell out of the 2 jinchurikis,until Itachi saved the day,just as usual.That just shows how powerful the Rinnegan is,hell if even a cripple could stomp two speed monsters and raw power beasts via sheer eye powers then we need to acknowledge it as the most powerful weapon in the show.

The Sage chose his younger son as his sucessor simply because of his ideals. Not because the "Body of The Sage" is stronger than the eyes. That has "nothing" to do with The Sage's decision.

You have to define to me your meaning of defeating a Biju.

I define beating a Bijuu what Hashirama did,namely suppress it,tame,conquer it via force and live trough it in the process.That is what i call defeating a bijuu.Or remotely what the 3rd Raikage did,have manly match with a tailed beast like it was one your buddies(damn dat Raikage ),and again live trough it.

I don't define beating a bijuu sealing in and dying in the process.
