What's Up With The Impossible Standards For Avatars?

Every single photo I have doesn't work. This is ridiculous.

150x300 if you are a Premium user, look at the base, some people have dropped some avatars for you to choose from

They arn't that bad I just realized, I was frustrated because I didn't know you could resize it to fit within the dimensions.
