Highly questionable for Naruto to lose his Rikudou SM. Even if he did that just means Sasuke could never achieve Naruto's level, unless Naruto was stripped off his power just so Sasuke can compete. All that would still come down to the obvious conclusion, that again Prime Naruto > Prime Sasuke by a large margin
