Woah, I never knew there was a character called Sasuke Sarutobi.

'Was a whole manga called that and guess who was he paired with- yep Sakura. It was or it's some versions were animated too and even inspired some series like Magic boy.

There were many mangas by that writer including about a missing nin Kamui. That one is translated thought it's seinin and has mature content but it's available in English.

In Naruto manga Sasuke's mom tells Kushina she named Sasuke after Sasuke Sarutobi ( supposedly Hiruzen's father here) but the homage couldn't be more aparant for those who were aware of the background.
