What's thw use of Shadow Madara

I dont get it. Dont understand the New Manga. Please help me understand the purpose of Shadow Madara ans its benefits. It cant attack or anything. And if it was always there so why didnt madar use it before? Also what is sasukes new ability and Narutos?

Shadow Madara can attack. But it only works temporarily.
Sasuke basically sees it with his rinnegan and can practically teleport himself in a certain area, even flip is positions with other objects.
And naruto can feel the shadow madara, and he used a new KKG given from the 1 tails

he didnt use it before because he needed 1 rinnegan eye.
still not 100% sure about sasuke but it looks like he can switch his position with any object in his range of view
and naruto can apparently use all bijuu with his rasengan
