Whats the root of 9 tomoe sharingan?

First 9 tomoe sharingan is the Juubi's.

Ive saw that even the Sage only uses Rinnegan. So how did the 9 tomoe sharingan was formed? The only clue i have is the 9 bijuu's.

Also is it possible for a human ninja to possess it?

Is the circle black thing in the center considered one tomoe?

I think its just plain sharingan because rinnegan's color is gray.

like i have said before i think its actually a reflection of the so6 paths occular jutsu like with sasuke when he controlled manda or tobi when he controlled kuybi meaning that he (so6 paths) actually possessed both the rennigaan and sheringan just like edo madara but since the sheringan can be turned off and the rennigan cannot he is always shown with the rennigan

No. He doesnt even have any special eyes, just the sage mode's eyes which is not a help. Just a style lol.
