What's the purpose of Obito's control of the Fourth Mizukage?

What did Obito do in Kirigakure? Is it simply to lure Kisame into Akatsuki?

Hm, I'm not sure if it was ever really specified. I guess it could be for Kisame but that seems to be a little much. Maybe he was getting a little bit of revenge for what happened to Rin. But that would seem pretty petty at the time "Tobi" existed cause he really just seemed to not care about that kind of stuff. Then again, a mask can hide an awful lot more than just a face..

"How did Obito get this information?" By controlling yagura and extracting all info regarding the mist ninjas that went after Kakashi and Rin.

He ruled conquered, ruined, and controlled a kage-perfect jinchuuriki's village just to get information/revenge.

Also part of the reason why akatsuki's birth spot took place in the mist village.

It's wrong though. Uzushiogakure was destroyed long before that. Before Naruto was born. Hence way before Obito turned into Tobi.

Well if you guys rally wanna know who destroyed the Uzumaki village it is quite simple, it was the Fudal Lords that did, they hired other dhinobi clans to gang up on the Uzumaki clan
