Whats the point of the ending of Naruto?

My opinion:

Sasuke wanted to start a revolution and save people from the twisted system of the Shinobi world.
But Naruto stopped him by playing with his emotions, the same thing that Danzo, Itachi, Obito and Madara did to achieve their own selfish goals.
This made him marry Sakura when he doesn't even like her, get Konoha to forgive him when he doesn't even go there.
What does this save Sasuke from? Darkness?? He already got rid of it after he met Itachi, He doesn't even have revenge for the death of his clan and his brother being used like a ******h by Danzo.
I think the point is to become Hokage at all costs just to get acknowledged by people:

OT: how much longer could you drag it through the mud before it needed to be ended. I kind of barfed a little when you called Naruto selfish because he gave the shinobi world peace(for however long) instead of Sasuke's " I will be the embodiment of all evil so people can come together through fear" ideal. Kishimoto actually planned Sasuke to be Hokage.
He said it in one of his interviews.

I think Kishimoto meant Sasuke's version of hokage where he becomes a villain to all Shinobi.

Naruto snaps Sasuke out of curse of hatred in time to fight Kaguya after their fight nearly kills them both and Hagoromo gives them their power up then... Maybe the ending would have been better and made more sense

That's what I thought too. Their teamwork didn't look believable bc of Sasuke hmphhh attitude lol
