What's the Point of Hamura

Okay, so it's just that the balance is very off here.

Hagaromo had 2 sons, Indra and Asura.

Naruto and Sasuke are the reincarnations of Indra and Asura, when combined give them the power of Hagaromo.

Naruto and Sasuke sealed Kaguya. That's saying Indra and Asura did. That's saying Hagaromo did.

If only the power of Hagaromo was necessary to seal Kaguya, why was Hamura even necessary to seal her originally? Why doesn't Hamura have a transmigration of his chakra?

The parallels don't make sense. It really leaves a hole somewhere

Well Hamura is Sasuke's next parallel or resembles Sasuke's according to Kagaya. Hamura also probably is the founder of the hyuga, and most likely had the moon seal before Hogoromo. The reason Hogomoro had it is still unknown.

That's what gets me annoyed. I agree with you. I'm saying because of that, the parallels don't make sense, and there is something missing from this fight.

I've been thinking about this lately and I think I know the answer

It is because, until the sage was debuted and told his story, all we knew were legends and myths about him. Then the sage himself appeared and told the story of him and his brother, meaning there were two saviors in the fight to save humanity, all it was was an emphasis that there were two saviors so Sasuke could fit in as an equal savior to Naruto instead of just being a side kick. 2 modern saviors = naruto and sasuke.

Hagaromo filled in the holes in the legends, to Hagaromo, that story is completely normal.

Hamura could now be the death reaper, and gave his moon seal to hagoromo who then had children because the seal required two people, but failed when he caused them to fight, until one day they defeated the curse of hatred together and corrected his mistake much like the sage and his brother corrected their mothers mistake, and sealed the curse once and for all

I think the Moon staff was given to Hagoromo before the Sealing. The Moon Seal was given to Hagoromo after the sealing.

Hagaromo was probably the more renowned brother of the two because he traveled the world to spread ninshuu therefore more people know about him
