By the way, how come everybody hates the prequels?Attack of the clones and revenge of the sith aren't that bad.I myself prefer the originals, but the prequels aren't as bad as everybody makes out to be.Revenge of the sith is the best one in my opinion.

Because they're totally soulless films that are just shot so lifelessly and are filmed without any creativity. Blue screens did 70% of the work, the plot is about nothing but politics and painful dialogue and the story is always focused on the wrong thing. They're not the worst films ever made but god they really did try their hardest to tarnish the original films. Like midichlorians? Yoda with a lightsaber!?

Revenge of the Sith is my guilty pleasure though, favourite film of the 6 along with A New Hope.

Have we all forgotten about the 2008 Clone Wars movie?! It was given a theatrical release. So technically there are 7 Star Wars movies XD. Lol jk



In all seriousness though, I watch them in Episode order. So I - VI.

If you're feeling daring run the gauntlet and include the two Clone Wars series' as well.

There's two star the clone war series one from 2003 and one from 2008,but I don't think the 2003 one is even worth watching.

You're kidding right? The 2003 series was beautifully made. Best Star Wars related thing outside of the original film ever made IMO, it had a Samurai Jack artstyle and it's kinda fantastic.

Oh ok,I've only seen a few episodes of it,and didn't really like it.I guess i haven't watched it enough to make a judgement.

^ Both seasons can be found on youtube, if you wanted to give them another go. The DVDs are hard to find and they may not make them anymore. It's totally worth it.

Are the trilogies different from the movies? Do i need to watch "trilogies" before i start to watch the movies to understand the plot?
