I'm surprised that so many people said Shingeki no Kyojin considering it is, well, not very twisted at all.

I generally try to stay away from those sorts of anime, but the worst I've seen was Deadman Wonderland, Elfen Lied and the parts I have seen or Mirrai Nikki.
