I'd have to say Susano'o just because it sort of adds fear into it's move set. Also each Susano'o varies from Uchiha to Uchiha. Then there's perfect Susano'o and other variables that can add to it like the Totsuka blade, Yata Mirror, Infero Style, etc. Let's not forget about Perfect Susano'o can change the geography of the world
