What's the strongest defense Sakura can break through?

Who at this point has more DC and more destructive feats, Sakura or Tsunade?

On a serious note i always thought Yata would be week to taijutsu for some reason, no real proof because we hardly saw it but just a hunch. Only extreme taijutsu though, like 8th gate Gai taijutsu.

Sakura and Tsunade both use chakra in their fist though, the moment they make contact with Yata it'll reflect the chakra in effect nullifying the punch.

Its just useful against non-living things, Rocks, Earth, Houses maybe. In Naruto Verse there was never in history we see someone dying out of punches.
