Advantages EMS Sasuke has over MS Sasuke:
- no bodily harm from using MS techs
- has much more powerful chakra
- has the reactions to track juubito who's >>>>>>>>>>> faster than V2 Ei
- can use MS techniques with hardly any chakra drain
- can use legged susanoo and perfect susanoo
- more skilled at enton manipulation

The strain though was because he was getting his ass kicked one on one. Ay was wrecking him and he was injured while doing it

He hasnt fought anybody one on one with Ems to strain himself.

He still has the same attacks. He still cries blood. His chakra levels are the same. This is a legitimate question.

What makes Ems Sasuke better than regular Ms. He literally did the exact same stuff he's done with regular Ms.

I think his chakra reserves do increase because he was using MS jutsus much longer than MS Sasuke. He also doesn't feel the pain that comes from using the MS jutsus, Sasuke said Susanoo aches every cell in his body but he doesn't feel that with EMS. Sasuke can better use Enton than MS Sasuke shown. It also gives Sasuke PS which power is comparable to a Bijuu's power.

Specifically speaking though, the Mangekyou and Eternal Mangekyou do not differ in terms of techniques, only that you gain durability and do not lose their light. A Mangekyou Sharingan user can perform Perfect Susano'o if skilled enough, though the strain and blinding will hinder the full potential.
