Lol without Sasuke, Kaguya would have never been seal in the first place. Plus, Sasuke saved Naruto once before in their fight against Kaguya and he also distracted her a couple of times to sway her attention from others. Though, I do agree that Naruto has played a larger role in Kaguya's defeat.

Susake did not give the akutski 8 tails chakra. It was a fake hachibi and jinchuriki which he captured.
He did however help the alliance in the war by
-Reviving oruchimaru(which then revived edo tensei hokages)
-Helpig to fight the ten tails
-Preventing team 7 from getting trapped under infinte tsyukomi thanks to his susasano working with his rinnengan
-He helped to defeat and seal kaguya(although se may not actually be defeated yet...)
He obviously deserves a pardon for his crimes. world would be toast without him. anyway i voted for the chicks and reviving his clan..
