What's Rikudou Mode Without Kurama?

What would happen if Naruto use Rikudou Mode without being the Jinchuuriki of Kurama? I've always thought he'd manifest Ashura's battle avatar originally. Maybe Kurama and Ashura's Battle Avatar unknowingly fusion to create what we see now.

ok first of all, slits first came out when Naruto managed to use the Toad Sage mode. so obviously its not RSM.

2nd, RSM that Naruto has is only the yang version. so it really wont give him the "cloak" with all the tomoes and etc.

we just have Naruto with a seal, thats all. not really a big change if you think about it. quite underwhelming.

From what I can make out of the main body of text, it says that this is a technique that allows the user to quickly grasp the nature of Chakra with the skill of a well-studied, highly sensitive master. It also seems to have a bunch of philosophical stuff about the Sage of Six Paths which is hard to make out because I can only read about half of it.
