Sunagakure - Gaara and will remain so if he dies Kankuro may take his place.
Konohagakure - after Tsunade , Naruto will become and after him Konohamaru
Iwagakure - Kitsuchi/Kurotsuchi
Kumogakure - Bee/Darui , Dodai maybe
Kirigakure - Mei Terumi will remain, afte that i think it will be Chojuro

Who will die till the end of the series.
Tsunade,A and Onoki are potential victims along with Madara and Tobi that would sealed or killed and Kakashi.
