What's next?

Im guessing we have 2-3 more chapters of the Itachi brothers vs. Orokabuto, maybe 4 if they really stretch the fight. I am also guessing they will switch to a different part of the story before we hear Itachi and Sasuke talk, because it would be to easy to let the story progress in this way. So the question is what will happen next? Do you think we will go back to naruto, madara, or maybe they will go to the shinobi army. What do you guys think will be next?

Side note: A lot of people have mention the sharingan being over powered again, if the story goes back to Naruto its seems as though Naruto has a power boost waiting. So it all seems decently balanced to me.

I agree even if sasuke gets this power boost I still find it hard for him to beat naruto.
I would of enjoyed it if Kabuto could of summoned at least one senju though just to compare powers

If Kabuto does have a summons up his leave (which I don't doubt) I could also see this turning into a 5 Kage vs. Madara, meaning that it will just continuously stall the battles.

I feel like Naruto and Sasuke have completely different types of power. Naruto has extreme levels of raw power, which Suske can't compare too. But Sasuke on the other hand, has amazing abilities which allow him to take over battles. Meaning that either Naruto will just outlast Sasuke with is amazing endurance (like he does to everyone), Sasuke will overwhelm Naruto, or they both just die.

are you okay? Nardo got freakin 4 upgrades straight, starting from the Kage Bunshin training hax (which can make years of training into days), Sage mode, Kyuubi Sage mode, and now even Bijuu mode :sy:

Sasuke should get the Rinnegan, and then ascend to the "True Sharingan", the nine-tomoed eye of the Juubi.

I still love my Naruto reading and following the manga\anime.... but it's turning into DBZ and Bleach


So to answer the question, I think we will see more "trump cards" to turn the tides of battle back and forth as each side presents new powers\abilities\hidden things \etc.

Although Sage mode for kabuto was hinted at a while back in the manga, and the story about izanagi in mythology includes izanami.... still trump cards tho
