whats more stronger byakugan or sharingan?

rember when neji fought that guy with spiderweb?neji can stop the god damn time he is the fastest there is no sharingan is match for neji in speed...and in genutsu well you all seen the episode when rookies are going in chunin exam and neji sees through genjutsu...and nejis whirl is definitely good defence agains amaterasu,so neji will own sasgay,but only thing that can defeate byakugan is susano of itachi,but there is the gap between ages of neji and itachi,madara,so who knows,maybe byakoogan will find something against susano when neji grows up little bit more,what i am saying is tat in his age he ows sasgay uchiha...

he can't use his whirl forever, even not in the shippuuden film, whereas sasuke can cast nearly endless katons. the rotation is holded up at least for about 3-5 seconds, amaterasu can be casted longer. however, amaterasu is able to burn the defensive skin of an 8-tailed (which i belive is to 90% out of chakra) and to burn other katons, so it would break such a barrier simply because it burns the chakra used for defense.
neji was never able to defeat uchiha sasuke, sasuke was almost as fast as lee without gates, and had the ability to see through the fox' moves after he got the third sharingan in the voe. neji wouldn't have been able to touch him.

hey neither do i...you're saying this because you think i hate emos?yeah i hate emos but that has nothing to do with decision lol
the jounin thing that i came up was because jounins have nature manipulations,so i already wrote this on the other thread we were talking on...if nej combines his nature manipulation with his taijutsu he will be unstoppable,sasgay's chidori will not stand a chance against nejis fuuton taijutsu(i think neji is fuuton)he manipulates wind at some degree.
and i know you hate sasuke and say what you think.

where is it shown that neji has wind? after all, it would be logical that sai is a jounin (cause he's an anbu) but he neither has a chance against sasuke nor have we seen any elemental technique. so if he can use an element, he can't use very useful elemental jutsus. i could imagine, it's the same with neji, cause we never saw him using any jutsu. at least no wind-jutsus.
if he doesn't have wind, he can't stand against sasuke in a close combat and even if he had, i would doubt that he would win, cause he never came close to him and sasuke is probably still faster.
