Did you even read the manga ? Rinnegan users have all basic chakra natures, 6 Paths, the Gedo summon and a unique ability. Sasuke already used Preta and Deva therefore has the 6 Paths, Jiraiya claimed Nagato had all basic nature affinities and Madara claimed he used Yin release before his death.

In addition Sasuke used Outer Path, he can summon the Gedo because Nagato, Obito and Madara were all capable of it, Limbo is Madara's unique ability while Ameno is Sasuke's.

Regarding RSM, Madara was already shown using Storm release which is a KKG, Naruto was shown using TSB, the orbs are an RSM feat and RSM comes from Rikudou Yang. Furthermore, Naruto made Kakashi a new eye, that was COAT feat. Seriously do you read the manga

You need the rinnegan to use the power of six paths and that requires both Indra (yin) and Ashura (yang) to awaken while using it.
