[Discussion] What's keeping the peace?

In the first ever kage meeting, the bijuu were divided by harishama to each village. This was so that everyone was equal power wise. They are now roaming free, so all hidden villages should be on equal power levels right? Wrong. Naruto or Sasuke alone could annihilate the whole shinobi alliance. What I am basically trying to say here is that, everyone now fears kohona because of Naruto and Sasuke, so they don't dare start any conflict out of fear. Thoughts?

I think its kishi that's actually keeping the so called peace you speak of, wanna know how?

This is actually a really good point but I doubt they think about that , after all narutos done for the shinobi world I doubt he would try to annihilate the other villages . same for sasuke .

Probably that and they are just close after the war and the shinobi alliance so they're probably all on good terms.
