Seriously though, NV is a fantasy world with fantasy medical procedures, there isn't really a reason to keep Guy in a wheelchair. We already have the technology in our non-fantasy world to let people with spinal injuries walk (just look up ReWalk). And yet nothing in NV can help Guy?
