i don't want him to go to konoha either, it would really suck and ruin his character, since he left the village he seemed free and happy because he would do anything he wanted with out others opinions and rules.

I don't want him to return to Konoha. The village has committed countless atrocities agaibnst his clan and topped it off with their heinous slaughter. He deserves a better life, away from the taint of Hidden Leaf. But if Sakura and Sasuke are to make a pair, she'll try and stop him, and this time, he'll stay.That is not to say that I won't vomit if it does happen.

Personally, Sasuke belongs in his own village. Hidden Sound still exists - regardless of being a nomadic-esque village. He can create definite one. Kabuto and Orochimaru always respected him in their own way, and Orochimaru's affection for him has only grown. I am sure Karin will become a nice mate for Sasuke. Being a pure blood Uzumaki, Sasuke has much higher chances of restarting both lines, rather than reaching a dead-end with Sakura.

I hope Kishimoto doesn't drop the ball with this one. But I have no good expectations from this guy.

However, I think that his Goals/ambitions in the future reside in Konoha, the village he doesn't want to get wasted as his answer to the hokages suggested. But then again, we'll have to wait for what Kishi is planning to deal with Sasuke's Character.

There are many small countries in need of assistance/guidance seeing as they always get bullied by the bigger nations so him being a part of one of the smaller nations makes more sense. He has also got taka to back him up so u think he'll have a much better time away from the village than in it.

- His International Criminal Status will be officially revoked

- He can pretty much do whatever he wants within reason. He'll be like Jiraya, he doesn't have to stay in the Village, he can go travel the world and rebuild his clan

I don't think he'll be hailed and praised as a hero by the nations like Naruto will, his contributions in comparison will likely be overlooked from that stand-point. Both Naruto and Sasuke will run for the Hokage position and Sasuke will have the upper-hand with his more realistic goal and his stronger arguments for why he should be Hokage. He's elected but in the end of it all, he feels bad and refuses. He gives the position to Naruto "It's your dream" he says and Naruto becomes Hokage.

Sasuke becomes a wanderer, he travels around the world and rebuild his clan. He protects the village from the shadows.

Agreed. But either way Tsunade is still alive,and Kakashi will be Hokage after her so it's not like both Naruto and Sasuke will become hokage immediately after the war.

I still can't picture Sasuke staying alive, Kishi has made it clear that the Uchiha clan is dead.

And going back to Konoha would be too awkward, seeing as he's homeless and no-one likes him.

I, too, really hope that Kishi takes his time dealing with Sasuke's character, and doesn't just rush things.
Umm, Sasuke dying in the end isn’t a far-fetched hypothesis; it’s very possible that it’ll be his fate. And if it is carried out well, I mean it does Sasuke's character justice and doesn't contradict the themes established in the Managa so far, then it won't reflect the stupidity in the Manga in any way, shape or form Imo. Otherwise you'll have the right to sue Kishi lol.
