whats going to happen when sasuke returns?

Everyone says sasuke is just going to return to the village eventually which i agree with but whats going to happen to him after that. Is Tsunade just going to say hey welcome back, No hes going to be in serious trouble, im not even sure that many people would be all for him returning. He has caused alot of trouble he needs to make some retrobution

What trouble has he caused to the Leaf so far? He hadn't asked to be followed. He has never attacked or harmed them.

Still to see what he will do now. I'm sure everyone will be pissed off at his Akatsuki look.

well even if he didnt cause the leaf specific trouble how do people like it that he just up and left to join one of the leafs most hated enemys orochimaru(even though he did beat him). They arent going to just let him back it he has done horrible things, he tried to kill naruto the second time they saw each other in the reunion sasuke and sai ark, he wanst to crush the leaf at the moment how do you expect them to take that?

Sasuke has been out of the storyline for a while.
What I think is going to happen:
After Naruto ANNHILATES Pain, at the most unexpected time, Sasuke returns to the village and has the most ULTIMATE BATTLE EVER with Naruto!
*Years later*
Naruto becomes the 6th hokage and marries Hinata
Sasuke marries Sakura and has a son. Maybe 2 eventually.
Shikamaru goes out with or marries Temari
Neji goes out with or marries Ten-Ten

What do you mean he nearly killed Naruto? Naruto followed him and he told them that he wanted to go alone and he made it by himself. Plus, he knew that he let Naruto survive, he didn't just do it by mistake.

I agree with Sasuke Uzumaki. He hasn't cause any trouble. He simply left the village so now they're all pissed at him. All he did was defend himself. Everytime that Sasuke fought someone from the leaf, after he left, it was because they followed him and he had to fight them to get them to leave him be.

Well we don't know what there going to do if and when he comes back (i'm not convinced he will). As of right now if he showed up I'm not sure they could really do anything. Like said above, he didn't harm the village in any way yet, so the only thing they could nail him on was treason (doubtful). However, he's been going on that "I'm going to slaughter everyone in the village rant" lately so we'll have to wait and see.

Thank you for agreeing about my point: he has never done anything against Konoha… I admit this has been so far.

It would be wise for all of them to take into account Sasuke was only 12 and an orphan when he left. Being motherless and fatherless is important as regards the “treason”: he had no one to show him a path, I mean no near relative, and Kakashi is a good guy but too cold for a child.

Their reaction, at least their final reaction will depend mainly on what Naruto does or says… I don’t think they will hear anything from Sasuke –that in case he even tries to say anything.

Well, coming from Sasuke we cannot be sure if he meant it or was telling Madara what he wanted to hear. I am not defending Sasuke, I really mean Sasuke’s intentions are difficult to “read”. He hated everyone and some time after the cursed seal was removed he had that flashback about Team 7. I have the theory that he’s regaining hidden emotions he has lacked for 2 ? years.

But will Konohans be able to tell he has emotions? What if Sasuke has a plan to save them, but because Aloe Vera guy is always checking what others do, he cannot tell them he’s there to help and has to pretend otherwise?

Plus if the rain ninja tell the leaf village that sasuke was after the 8 tails then he would be linked with Akatsuki. They may have told them already? Cnt remember.

Its obvious that sasuke is driven by revenge and revenge only. Leaf village know what extent he will go to gain power. Thus he will never be welcome back to Konaha, not by everyone anyway.

I used to think that, until we were shown that he did not kill all those guys at Oro's when he was training. Unlike Pain, who in the name of revenge - he calls it peace sometimes - is ready to kill everyone.

I can say he is mainly driven by revenge, but not only. Besides, his revenge comes from lack of justice, in his mind until he fights Itachi, no one had even tried to bring Itachi into court, they just let him flee. The same goes for the Elders and Danzou. They are responsible for it and are still in the powerful lines of Konoha, though commanding in the shadows.

I think he will come back to Konoha to defend it as a HERO then die by the hands of Madara because they cant let him just walk in konoha he is on the ANBU black list
