kamui does not have a speed. it has a time it takes to do. intangability is instant, but not automatic. obito was only hit because he was trying to counter minato, but doesnt have good enough reflexes to dodge the rasengan.

FTG is still faster, even though the difference will be less imminent.

Firstly, age only negligibly matters in NV so don't bring that in as a factor. And yes, I agree that Obito was dumbed down is his fight against Minato for Minato to win because Kamui is way too hax to handle even for an epic technique like FTG solely because of the intangibility factor. And yes, a second face-off between Minato and Obito would go in Obito's favor because of the superiority of Kamui (the first face-off would also be Obito's if he wasn't dumbed down). But if we're talking about teleportation speed only, then FTG is faster because Kamui warping takes time. But Kamui is overall superior.

Not really bruh. FTG requires prep time time which I already mentioned. Also I'm referring to Obito just getting himself intangible which is pretty much instantaneous. It's the main reason why nobody could touch him except with Kakashi's help as he had Obito's other eye. :hmm:

without hashirama cells he cant use kumui more then 2 or 3 time in a fight and ms user will allwas going blind if they dont have ems/hashirama cells

We're talking about canon and stuff we already saw. He has always had Hashirama cells implanted within him. Please leave fanfic out of this. Then again I'm not sure if Hashirama cells would even make that of a difference since Kamui is solely an Uchiha jutsu.

I know FTG requires prep time OFTEN, but it's not a definite condition before every single usage of FTG. It prep is already done, then FTG can be used on the go. Even if prep is not done, after prep, FTG will still be faster than Kamui, though the destinations will be limited.

Coming forward, in terms of pure teleportation speed (regardless of prep time), FTG is instant whereas Kamui as the double swirly animation to reach each destination.

Yeah, I agree that intangibility is instant.
