Naruto can already dodge A in Kyuubi mode and A said that only 4th Hokage could also dodge him. Now that Naruto is in Bijuu mode, he is even faster than he was in Kyuubi mode. He was so fast, that Kakashi briefly thought that he was Minato.

IMO Naruto is a lot faster than Gai.
