Its an interesting debate, but clearly modern warfare would be completely different if these things existed. Plus any army that has something like Edo tensei could easily beat us, because we have no way of sealing them.

Fodders would loose obviously, the modern army have tons of full automatic firearms, bombs, nuclear weapons, etc. But with the high level Shinobi with under Hashirama, Madara and Nagato who can change the entry landscape and the Biju + Gedo Mazo, they should win.
