what is that???
in the fight madara vs 1st hokage he used it as a shield but there must be a purpose to it mayby it contains special chakra and he might use it like how kisame uses Samehada to absorb chakra... could madara use that ??? could that be another wepon for madara chakra in a box??

uchiha specialize in fire attacks and wind increases fire and a fan increases wind so madara prolly uses it sumhow to beef up his fire jutsu

It's a war fan. And some people said he used it to boost his fire techs.
They said maybe Madara stored some wind chakra in it, so he could boost his fire techs. I'm not sure about this, though.
