[Question] What's an unapproved visitor message?

I have this notification saying I have one, and it doesn't go away. Could someone explain/fix this?

Backa!! Are you doing it by "open in a new tab??"
If yes then don't do it, you have to do it on the same tab!!
Try re-opening your browser??
Tell if that fixxes the problem

If this doesn't works then try using any other browser e.g. Google Chrome,Opera :v I guess you know it O.<

Click on notification then click on what ever it is and wait for it to load up.

Check the box next to the message, go to the moderation tools and select 'approve message' and then click on 'proceed'.

If the notification sticks a mod might be able to fix it. Don't know about that.
