I dont see why not, but its kind of a moot point with the rinnegan already existing.

well... only way to get over 3 elements may be with rinnegan or copy some jutsus from each elements with sharingan... but it may actually be someone with 4 elements

Rennigan users can use all 5 chakra natures, just like kakashi learned to use 3 water, fire, lightning. But rennigan users if I'm correct cant mix the natures together to create new elemental releases. But Kekkei Genkai and Kekkie Touta users can mix those natures together to create new types of elemental jutsu. Ex. Water + Earth(Hashi)

I've been on this site since 2010. Ive never really created any post or threads I just sat back and read the manga and other peoples post. Whats the Kumi for anyways?

Kekkei Touta is when you fuse them together so Some one with Rinnegan dose not have it

Ya, anyone can have lots of elements, its fusing them that is the tricky part. That's why there are so few kekkei genkai users, let alone Kekkei touta. Only two kekkei touta users in history. And as for kekkei genkai, even elite shinobi like Kakashi, Sasuke, Naruto, etc are not blessed with it. It is also a rare ability.
