Whatever happened with the shoulder injury??

What happened, what was the point of Naruto getting a shoulder injury if it's not going to have any effect? Those things are majorly painful, I thought it was meant to add suspense because of how debilitating they can be. I thought he wouldn't be able to use any more ninjutsu, but there he is making shadow clones and rasenshurikens and putting weight on it in the last few pages. It's true that Sage Mode would make him more durable and maybe lessen enough of the pain for him to make some use of the other arm, but when he's not, he doesn't appear to even flinch.

He probably just popped it back into place. For someone used to pain and a good amount of strength it isn't that hard.

Just dislocated. I see, if it was minor enough he could handle it. I assumed it always involved some sort of ligament damage. I know it's extremely painful while it's out. Stiffness is a given, but he can probably handle that after it's been popped in.
