Hey guys this is Patrick and I welcome you to another one of my threads today.

Have you find yourself impatience? It's hard to realized that in a ever growing world full of technology and advances that are useful to us. Impatience has been around for quite a while. There's nothing new to it. We see it everywhere around traffic or people waiting in line.*

Listen to this, the more are technology advances to whatever we use. The results from this increase are appetite for instant gratification in other aspects in life:

We expect things to move quickly, efficiently and in the way we want it. When it does not happen, we tend to get frustrated and irritable. Which is a sign of impatience.*

It's funny cause many might not have the patience to read a lengthy text on a printed page in these forums. Experts have observed that many people do not have the time to read. Why? Have you ever thought about that to yourself?*

It's because they are used to navigating fast. Jumping from one topic to another as quick as possible. Whatever happen to "the slowness of time"? *

What are the risk?
• Frustration, irritation, and even anger.*
• Raising stress level
• Hypertension even to young adults
• Procrastination
• Alcohol abuse
• Poor judgement
• Loss of friends and money

People normally eat fast food cause they don't have time to cook. Fast-food kills you. In some areas, it's easily available.*

Here are ways you can develop in your mind and everyday life.

• Identify the roots, simplify your life, be logical, develop modest qualities.

Take it from me, it does little good to worry about things you can control.

How does this relate to this base? First off, things in life does not always have to be fast. Accept the fact that speed and time does not more in your expectations. Remember to control what you say. Instead of trying to comment on someone's thread without reading and having difficulties maintaining the peace. Try to find key points in the thread. If you don't find anything enjoyable. Do something productive.*

After reading this, you might agree that the more patient you are the move enjoyable life can be. And that you can find a liking to read more threads here and bios. Remember we are a family. A distant family. And we are here to help you enjoy this base just a little more if not more then you can muster. And if you need any tips or help please feel free to send me a message. I'll get back to you when I can.

Please keep a modest view on this. I know some people don't like to read or rather could careless. You don't have to read if you don't want to. Just take this into consideration and please be honest. Thanks and I'll see you next time!

Ig that's why they say, "Patience is a virtue". I agree with what you said. Today too many people forget how to slow down and take a breather every once in a while.

I really like this thread. Reminds me about patience. I'm not saying I'm impatient, but I'm not the most patient. I don't even know what I am xd This makes me want to be more patient. Thanks.
