Personality: Calm, cold, and calculating, Mortuus is the ultimate example of the model soldier. He likes the thrill of combat, and the excitement of barfights. Uses his wits in combat proficiently and it has won him many fights in the past.

Biography: Mortuus never knew his mother. His father was a drunken, depressed sap, who would have *** with anyone after his wife died. When his mother gave birth to Mortuus, she gave him to his father so she could continue walking the streets and continue with her red sand addiction.

Mortuus always looked up to his half-sister, Aurora Leto, even when she made mistakes. He wanted to be like her, so much so that when he turned 10, he started working so he could be the best he could be in the army. He worked hard, although he barely reached the rank of Corporal.

He always wished he could protect his sister, but because he was younger, she wouldn't listen. Because of her naivete, others would try to take advantage. He tried to tell her that they were using her. She would ignore it and help anyways. Then she would complain about being lied to.

Their father never seemed to treat Mortuus like he did his sister. For this reason, Mortuus avoided his father and never really spoke to him. He always wondered why until he was 12, when he came home while his father was in a drunken rage. His father saw him and started roaring at him. "You weren't supposed to happen," his father yelled. "You were an accident. If that street-walker had told me the truth, you never would have happened." From that day, he hated his father, vowing he would leave when he got the chance.

When he was around 16, he was picked on because he was smaller than other Turians. Because of this, he worked twice as hard, becoming the toughest Turian he could be. He grew cold, reveling in the thrill of combat. His intelligence helped him to excel in all his courses, graduating 5th in his class. This, along with the fact that his sister was too kind for own good toughened him up and made him grow cold.

He moved from Palaven to the Citadel when he was 19, to be closer to his sister. He has lived there ever since, leaving only to help the Hierarchy when they call.
